SMA Microsystems of Virginia, L.L.C. is located at 6716 Old Wake Forest Rd. Raleigh, NC 27616. The company was established as a Virginia LLC in North Carolina. The facility includes a state-of-the-art staging center and fully automated inventory storage and control department.
SMA has a Management Team that is fully diversified and committed to excellence. Along with our focus on quality, we have a “team spirit” and realize the need for being flexible to the needs of our customers.
SMA has delivered Pre-Delivery Preparation (PDP) services to clients on a global scale. SMA has supported most of its’ centralized technology service offerings from its National Solutions Center in North Carolina. In close proximity to Research Triangle Park, this strategic location keeps SMA abreast of the latest technology developments from one of the country’s most advanced research and development regions for IT and communications specialists.
SMA provides custom integration and systems configuration of networking hardware, software and peripherals. Other services include warehousing and handling global distribution of equipment to client locations.
SMA also specializes in the execution of rapid deployment projects within the IT industry. The combination of several key assets - standardized proposal and pricing models, predefined deployment schedule templates, and a widely dispersed field organization of technicians allow SMA to provide unsurpassed levels of responsiveness. SMA has invested in the development of a Project Tracking Web Tool. This real-time web tool is used as a customer interface by which order requests into the SMA service queue are gathered for instant status of the facility operations and as a general project management and information resource.
